Return & Refunds Policy

At sonicgreenhouse, all products are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • The size, design, or material differs significantly from your confirmed order.
  • The item differs significantly from the product description.

We may request photo or video evidence to verify the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because every sonicgreenhouse product is made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection made during checkout.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our support team.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Step 1: Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
  • Step 2: Include your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Step 3: Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.

Important: Do not send items back without written confirmation from our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for refund.

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us for assistance.

5. Return Shipping Costs

sonicgreenhouse covers all return shipping costs for eligible returns. Customers are not required to pay any shipping fees when returning an item.

Once your return is approved by our support team, we will provide a prepaid return-shipping label or arrange the return at no cost to you.

6. No Fees Charged on Approved Cases

  • Restocking fee: $0 — never charged.
  • Processing or handling fee: $0 — your refund equals the full price you paid.
  • Return shipping cost: Covered by sonicgreenhouse for defective, damaged, or wrong items.

7. Exchanges

Because every product is made to order, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or design, please place a new order. We recommend reviewing the size chart and product details carefully before checkout.

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase for a 100% free refund, provided production has not yet started. After 6 hours, the order enters production and cancellation is no longer possible.
