These Billing Terms describe how sonicgreenhouse, operated by Whitelotustees Ecom LLC, processes payments and billing for orders placed on sonicgreenhouse.eu.

1. Pricing & Currency

All prices on the website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at checkout is the final amount you will be charged.

2. Order Charges

Your total at checkout includes:

  • Product subtotal.
  • Shipping fee (flat rate – $5.99 within the U.S., $13 international).
  • Any applicable promotional discounts.

We currently do not collect sales tax. Customs duties on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

All card payments are processed by PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. sonicgreenhouse does not store full credit-card numbers on its servers.

Your payment is processed at the time you place the order. In some cases, you may first see an authorization hold on your account; once the transaction is captured, it will appear as a completed charge on your statement.

5. Statement Descriptor

Charges from our store will appear on your bank or card statement as “sonicgreenhouse” or “WHITELOTUSTEES“. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before disputing with your bank so we can verify and resolve quickly.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please verify the billing information matches the records on file with your card issuer, or try an alternative payment method. We do not retry failed transactions automatically.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

8. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us – most billing or shipping concerns can be resolved within 1–2 business days. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate order is considered fraudulent and may result in suspension of future orders.
