What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars by secure third-party payment providers.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes, but only within 6 hours of placing your order. Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. After 6 hours, production has begun and the order can no longer be modified or canceled.
Is shopping on sonicgreenhouse safe?
Yes. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers — all transactions are processed by secure, PCI-compliant third-party providers. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we protect your information.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are custom-made on demand. Processing takes 3–5 business days, after which your order ships:
- United States: 3–6 business days after processing — Flat rate $5.99.
- International (Europe, Australia, Canada): 10–20 business days after processing — Flat rate $13.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship to Europe, Australia, and Canada. Shipping times depend on destination and customs clearance. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Email us within 6 hours of placing your order — we can update the address before production starts. Once the package has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly due to our error. Items must be unused and in original condition. Full details on our Refund & Returns page.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Do you offer exchanges?
Because every product is made to order, we do not offer exchanges for wrong size or design choices. Please review size and design details carefully before purchasing.
Products
How are your products made?
Every sonicgreenhouse item is produced on demand using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, embroidery, or sublimation depending on the product type. Each piece is custom-printed and inspected before shipping.
How should I care for my apparel?
For best results: machine wash cold inside-out with similar colors, tumble dry low, and do not iron directly on the print. Avoid bleach and dry cleaning.
