Cancellation & Modification Policy

At sonicgreenhouse, every item is custom-made on demand. This Cancellation & Modification Policy explains when an order can be changed or canceled after it has been placed.

Cancellations Within 6 Hours Are 100% Free

If you cancel your order within 6 hours of placement, you pay no fees:

  • No cancellation fee — full refund of the product price.
  • No processing fee — we cover all transaction costs.
  • No deductions — the refund equals exactly what you paid.

1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of the time it is placed. After this 6-hour window, production has already started and the order can no longer be canceled or changed.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation or modification, email [email protected] within 6 hours of placing your order with the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • The reason for cancellation, or the specific change requested (e.g., size, color, shipping address).

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm whether the request can be accommodated.

3. No Cancellation Fee

sonicgreenhouse does not charge any fee for cancellations made within the 6-hour window. Your full payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days:

  • Cancellation fee: $0 — never charged.
  • Processing/handling fee: $0 — we cover all transaction costs.
  • Refund amount: 100% of the price you paid.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Address Changes

Shipping address changes can be made only within the 6-hour cancellation window. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be modified and we cannot redirect or reissue the package.

5. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Orders that have entered production, have been shipped, or are past the 6-hour window cannot be canceled. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.
