For optimal performance, the Prodigy Air Deflector Filter needs to be replaced every 12 months or sooner. Robust and Reliable The Air Deflector Filter is a critical tool in the mechanism: cleaning the air before it is accelerated to over 300 miles per hour for cleaning the lens. In order to ensure that it performs whatever the weather, the filter is designed to operate in a wide temperature range: as low as -40°C (-40°F) or as high as 50°C (122°F). Air Filtration The Air Deflector Filter is capable of purifying air to 1 micron. This ensures that even the finest of debris such as sand or snow are kept out of the airflow of the Prodigy’s compressor. For a consistently clear shot, this is an absolute essential. Easy Installation Given that we recommend that you change over the Prodigy Air Deflector Filter every 12 months, we’ve made it easy to do so. Four mounting screws keep the filter contained within the housing. Simply remove the old filter and replace it with the new. Once the housing is reattached, the Prodigy is back up-and-running.
