Description The Black Hole Rubber Donut is an optional accessory designed for our range of matte boxes – as well as ARRI standard matte boxes. Using our unique elasto-polymer material, the Rubber Donut offers a complete light seal for more specific shooting scenarios. It effortlessly attaches to your matte box and is designed to fit lenses from Ø62mm to Ø143mm in size. No Light Leaks Want to guarantee a sealed shot? The Black Hole Rubber Donut completely blocks light leaks from behind your lens element, preventing interference with your shot. It is also fitted with a retaining ring that can fit 138mm round filters, if you want to add extra protection. Flexible Design The Rubber Donut is made from our unique elasto-polymer material, which is the perfect blend of flexible and form-fitting. It snugly wraps around lenses with an outer diameter between Ø62mm and Ø143mm, but can be easily removed with little effort if needed. The retaining ring is made from hard-anodised aluminium and high-grade Delrin plastic.
