Description Test Procedure:Select a sample. If possible, choose a part of the plant where diseased and healthy tissue meet. Do not use dead tissue. Use approximately 25 mm² of material. Take care to avoid cross-contamination between samples through hands or cutting tools. Cut or tear the sample into small pieces and place them in the bottle. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds (longer for tougher samples). Wait 30 seconds for the solution to settle, then draw liquid into the pipette, avoiding excess plant material. Carefully add 3 drops of the sample liquid into the sample well. If no blue dye becomes visible in the test window after 30 seconds, a fourth drop may be added if necessary. Read the result after 10 minutes.
