Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. This includes order verification, custom production, quality inspection, and packaging. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Restocking fee:
Handling/processing fee: $0 — refund equals the full product price.
Return shipping: Covered by sonicgreenhouse for defective, damaged, or wrong items (we provide a prepaid label or reimburse the cost).

Exchange Policy

Because every product is made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges for incorrect selections made at checkout (wrong size, wrong design, wrong color). Please review your order details carefully before purchasing.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

Items returned after the 30-day window.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or normal wear.
Items where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
Refusal of delivery or failure to claim the package from the carrier.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos showing the issue, and a short description. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days. Do not return any item without prior written confirmation.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for funds to appear.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 6 hours of placement by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations within this window are 100% free. After 6 hours, production has begun and the order can no longer be canceled.
