All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. This includes order verification, custom production, quality inspection, and packaging. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Because every product is made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges for incorrect selections made at checkout (wrong size, wrong design, wrong color). Please review your order details carefully before purchasing.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Items returned after the 30-day window.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or normal wear.
- Items where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
- Refusal of delivery or failure to claim the package from the carrier.
